Compliance program of the JV LLC “Toshkent Metallurgiya Zavodi” is based on the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at counteraction of corruption and bribery, UN Convention against Corruption (ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 7, 2008) and best international practices in this sphere.
