Tashkent Metallurgical Plant is a modern enterprise equipped with a complex of information technologies and products built on their foundation, providing computing, telecommunications, and network capabilities operating on a digital basis.

3 levels of automation:

  • Levels 1 and 2 – control of equipment and technological processes in both the main production (Danieli Automation SPA) and auxiliary systems (energy resources);

  • Level 3 – implementation of a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) that supports the execution of all functional tasks related to planning, monitoring, accounting, and analysis of the entire production process at all stages;

When establishing a new production facility, the most critical factor is the selection of technology and equipment that ensures the production of high-quality finished products at minimal cost. The objective of this work is to determine the optimal production technology, which is one of the fundamental aspects in terms of ensuring the enterprise's profitability.
