One of the main directions of the Concept for the Development of the State Youth Policy in Uzbekistan until 2025 is the creation of decent working conditions for young people, the expansion of their economic opportunities, the development of entrepreneurial activities, and the support of young potential employees. On February 24, 2022, young specialists of Almalyk MMC JSC, as part of industrial tourism, had the opportunity to visit the Tashkent Metallurgical Plant. Colleagues were met by young specialists of our Enterprise. During the excursion program, they told and showed the capabilities of a modern automated metallurgical enterprise and the benefits of environmentally friendly production. The guests were especially interested in issues related to the work carried out with young specialists and the created working conditions. Our employees spoke about the areas of support and training for young professionals, about measures aimed at labor protection. After the tour, a dialogue took place in a friendly atmosphere, during which colleagues exchanged views and discussed professional issues related to technological processes and laboratory tests. At the end of the meeting, both parties agreed that working at such an enterprise as TMZ is the dream of every young metallurgist, because all the conditions for the professional growth of young specialists are created here.
