To conclude a contract for the supply of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal in coils and hot-dip galvanized sheet metal with polymer coating in coils, an Application must be completed on the company’s letterhead according to the template below and include the following documents:
- questionnaire (as per template);
- copy of the License (Certificate);
- copy of the order appointing the director;
- copy of the director’s passport;
- copy of the Charter (Articles of Association);
- copy of the VAT taxpayer registration certificate.
A Questionnaire completed in accordance with the provided template is attached to the application. The Questionnaire specifies the required technical characteristics, including the thickness and width of the rolled product, coating class, front side color, and others.
