The introduction of manufacturing capacity is performed in 4 stages.

1-stage

Push pickling line (PPL): The main purpose of the pickling line is removal of millscales and other surface contaminants from the surface of hot-rolled steel strip. The design capacity of the line is 500 thousand tons of pickled steel per year, with the projected capacity development potential up to 750 thousand tons per year. Pickling of hot-rolled products is carried out by "Turboflo" technology, which ensures more effective pickling and higher productivity with lower energy consumption due to the high turbulence of pickling solution, water traps between the baths and special design of the pickling bath covers. The maximum speed is 150 m/min. The width of the specified hot-rolled strip is from 800 to 1300 mm, thickness from 2.2 to 5.0 mm.

2-stage

Reverse cold rolling mill (RCRM). Production of cold-rolled strips, namely reduction of thickness of pickled hot-rolled steel, is carried out on reversible two-stand quarterly cold-rolling mill "DANIELI" (Italy) with the designed production capacity of 500 thousand tons per year and with the possibility of increasing production up to 750 thousand tons of cold-rolled steel per year, providing strip thickness compression. During the rolling process in automatic mode is controlled: strip thickness by three sensors (thickness gauge) of X-ray radiation; strip profile (flatness) by means of two profilometer rollers. Cold-rolled steel is one of the most demanded types of rolled steel products.

3-stage

The continuous hot dip galvanizing line is designed for continuous thermal-chemical treatment of cold-rolled galvanized strip after rolling and bilateral application of zinc melt on the surface of the steel strip, which provides reliable protection of the steel against corrosion. Hot dip galvanizing by the method of continuous immersion of cold-rolled steel strip in zinc melt is performed on Danieli equipment (Italy) with a capacity of 500 thousand tons of galvanized steel per year. The cold-rolled strip, which is a roll for the galvanizing line, is 0.29 to 1.2 mm thick, 800 to 1250 mm wide, processing speed 210 m/min, coil weight varies from 10 to 30 tons.

4-stage

Polymer coating line. Galvanized rolled steel is chemically cleaned and then the steel is coated with a multi-layer polymer coating. The coating is not only protective against corrosion, moisture and sunlight, but also decorative with different variants of color and texture design. Manufacturer of the equipment is company Danieli (Italy). This line is automated to the maximum, which minimizes human error in the manufacture. Line capacity is 300 thousand tons of polymer rolls a year. The maximum speed of the line is 160 m/min, the width of semi-finished rolled stock (galvanized sheet) from 800 to 1250, the thickness of the strip from 0.3 to 0.7mm. Coil weight from 2.5 tons to 15 tons.
